I created a series of genetics education films (script, storyboard, all images) for 23andMe, a Silicon Valley company that provides customers with personal genetic information. Susan Harris Hammond of Fluent Studios did the flash animation. Karl de Rochefort-Reynolds (a.k.a. my pa) did the narration.
You can find these films at:

Films in the Genetics 101 series include:
Lesson 1: What Are Genes?
Lesson 2: What Are SNPs?
Lesson 3: Where Do Your Genes Come From?
Lesson 4: What Are Phenotypes?
Ariana,
Fantastic films! I show them to my 6th grade social studies classes. Hey, I was wondering were is Part 3, The Agricultural Revolution?

Billy,
So wonderful to hear you are using these films with your classes! A great compliment. Part 3, and an "Epilogue" that covers the age of oceanic travel to present, are both complete and waiting for the engineers to post them to the site. They haven't made it to the top of the queue yet, but hopefully soon. So please stay tuned!
